- Please reserve your equipment well in advance to ensure availability.
- Our equipment is always available for examination and testing before acceptance of rental.
- Please be sure that your personal equipment is covered under an insurance policy. Aztec Rental will not accept responsibility for non-owned equipment.
- All rentals are subject to a security deposit for the amount of the insurance deductible (or for the equipment's replacement value, whichever value is lower) unless an account in good standing has been established with us.
- Long term rates are available and must be discussed and confirmed with the rental department prior to renting the equipment.
- Rental prices are subject to change without notice.
- Any and all equipment returned after 8:30 am on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate.
- A complete rental agreement can be found on the back of each rental contract.
Payment Terms for New Clients
All new rental clients must follow this standard COD rental payment procedure:
- Full payment of rental is due prior to checkout date.
- A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible must also be provided.
- Aztec Rentals Does Not charge sales tax on equipment rentals. That is a 7.75% saving for our customers.
- We accept cash, traveler's check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover for all rental charges
- All security deposits will be returned at time of return or by mail after all equipment has been returned and fully checked for function by one of our technicians.
- Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.
Payment Terms for Existing Clients
All existing clients of Aztec must follow this standard rental payment procedure:
- A security deposit in the amount of the insurance deductible must be provided.
- All security deposits will be returned at time of return or by mail after all equipment has been returned and fully checked for function by one of our technicians.
Time and Charges
- Minimum: The smallest amount of time and lowest rate for equipment.
- Daily Rate: 24 - hour period from the time out. 8 - hours allowed on metered equipment.
- Weekly Rate: 7 - days from day out. 40 - hours allowed on metered equipment.
- Monthly Rate: 28 - days from day out. 120 - hours allowed on metered equipment.
Overnight Rentals
- Weekdays: Equipment must be picked up between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Mondays - Thursdays, and returned prior to 8:30 AM the next morning.
- Fridays: Equipment must be picked up between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Friday, and returned prior to 8:30 AM on Saturday.
- Saturdays: Equipment must be picked up after 3:00 PM on Saturday, and returned prior to 8:30 AM the following Monday.
Deposits
- Deposits will be taken on all items of Rental Equipment.
- If you plan to keep the equipment longer than one day you will be required to pay the rental charges in advance.
- Aztec Rental reserves the right to charge a deposit of any amount deemed necessary by Aztec Rental.
- There is a 10% equipment protection plan on all rentals.
